Ultimate.ai is an intelligent learning technology designed to integrate with contact centre CRMs.

A pioneer in AI before AI became a buzzword, the system learns from historical chat and email communication data to provide automated responses to customers and response suggestions to customer support agents.

Already used by some of the world's largest companies including Posti, Finnair and SAP, ultimate.ai had already proven its ability to revolutionise the customer service industry. However, at a point where they were growing their sales team to expand further into the enterprise market, they realised their website was holding them back.

Over 4 years, the work we did played a part in their growth from a team of 10 to a team of 140 people, with customers all over the world. Gradually, we stepped back, eventually handing all control to their now extensive internal design team to take over.

The brand identity brief was simple: Create a memorable brand which will take ultimate.ai from a small startup to an enterprise-grade solution. After an extensive and collaborative branding workshop, we put pen to paper and began exploring potential visual identities that could bring this exciting technology to life.

Shortlisting from hundreds of sketches presented to the client, we further refined, colourised and developed our ideas into brand routes.
