Already used by some of the world's largest companies including Posti, Finnair and SAP, ultimate.ai had already proven its ability to revolutionise the customer service industry. However, at a point where they were growing their sales team to expand further into the enterprise market, they realised their website was holding them back.

Over the course of 4 years, the work we did played a part in their growth from a team of 10 to a team of 140 people, with customers all over the world.
